What Does a Virtual Agent Do?
There's a wide range of i t requests that could come in, and often they're placed in by people rain. A good 35 % at a time, the question comes in and atlas context, or the utterance the way they ask the question is ambiguous. In those cases, one of the cor capabilities of any virtual agent needs to be understanding what it doesn't knowwhat it doesn't knows. So for example, an employee might come in and ask, you know, what's on the menue in the cafeteria? A perfectly reasonable question, not for an i t virtual agent.
