The planes worked in pairswith the first dropping high explosives to break up any defences, and the second dropping napam fire bombs on vulnerable fenders. The other film crews there weren't filming, but because we'd already been into the village, we knew something was going wrong. And i saw the arplan get so close and so fast, and i just saw it. Four canisters of napalm had exploded about 400 yards away for me and the rest of my i t n crew. This suddenly became a slow motion nightmare.
