Some of the commonest errors I've seen in the NMDA world is to assume that a cyst is a luteal cyst or a hemorrhagic cyst. And not think about it as almost certainly being a pterotoma given the pretest probability of that patient having a relatively uncommon plant neurological syndrome. So come back to your clinical phenotype and trust your assessment. Have a good radiologist who you can rely on to help with clarifying some of the bits that we wouldn't be at all good at looking at.
