Ryan Reisert: Organizations who staff a professional whose job is literally just to get you over to Nick, those are going to be the best numbers possible. If they have that person versus like an IVR where you have to go through a dial tree, you're actually two times more likely to reach that person. He says instead of fighting with that person and spending all that time arguing or trying to get through, no problem, hang up and then call the next person.
