The Power of Stillness

The more I do create time for stillness the more creative in terms of like ideas and good ideas and creative ideas that I have. There's plenty of science to explain why that is the case I've just found it. For anyone that doesn't feel like they want to meditate but they're thinking about it, I would just encourage you to go through that phase where it doesn't feel natural normally don't even feel compelled to do it almost make yourself do it a little bit to start with. The Dalai Lama says if he has a he meditates for an hour every single day in the morning  I love this quote from him.
