I am hopeful for us as a species. I am hopeful for our society. It gets so easy feel defeated and despondent. There's a lot ofi insanity abroad. And i can wholeheartedly relate. H it's disquieting when people ignore facts, ignore the truth,. When they put crazy belief above anything that might be valid. Simply it's easier for them to do it. On the other hand, i don't know who it was that said the arc of human history is towards improvement or that i'm blown to quote, but i think we, i think we get better. So i have hoped for us, but you got to step back and take the long view
