You Don't Have to Be Someone Other Than Who You Are
I think I'm comfortable because of my upbringing. We didn't have a lot, but we had love and we had respect. So I don't feel compelled that I have to be somebody other than who I am. If it's not good enough, I understand that, but I tried just to be myself. Your people love you. And they feel an affinity towards everything you've been building collectively. That is absolutely the exception in corporate America today.
