Mike has been at it for about 30 years and his new book is called Call plot advice and management. He says he's still trying to figure out how to evoke the information that you need as well as the energy that has to go with it. Mike: If someone's spending all day long coping using up all the energy they have they're not going to change much so you've got to get them out of the coping area and get them into the ability to change or potential for change.
