How Do You Manage 20 Sites at Scale?

Spencer: How do you handle managing 20 sites and all the technical aspects of it at scale? Like what do you pay attention to? What do you not worry about? Do you have an outsourced team you work with? like how does that look at scale? Well, nothing ever really goes wrong with them. I update I'm with rocket.net hosting. They're awesome. In terms of like I don't custom code anything, I've done that in the past. That turns out to be a nightmare because I can't manage it.
