How to Improve Fairness of AI
There are many different ways that you could enhance and improve the fairness of an AI system. Some companies might say I want my distribution of favorable outcome to be exactly the same across different demographic groups. In other words you want to get deeper in each demographic and even divide them into more buckets and then compare them. So it really depends on what your goal is and demographic party is definitely one of the top ones we see with the customer.
