In the gospel of luke alone, there are, i think, nine stories where jesus goes to the aremos. The more busy and popular and ind and and famous that jesus became, the more he withdrew to the lonely place to pray. He often withdrew. It was a regular thing in jesus lifeThat's when we need more of it, not less. That is the example set by je my point is the aremos, or the lonely place, was a regular part of JESUS life rhythm.
