The bulk of the business has focused on kind of building a flywheel. And the flywheel begins with creating a great product that early on we talked about building a remarkable product. We try to remove as much friction in front of the customer's path as possible. So what we say to an evaluator is we've tried to make it as easy as possible for you to discover the capability in this product and then combine that with incredible service at the other end.
