The focus was always on the physical brick and mortar store. We started with pop up in tanks and at that time I guess we were also not so focused on online digital marketing. Now during COVID where it's remote how do you convey those emotions through a newsletter for example? So that's why it's so important to have Omni channel because you see during the pandemic how online sales has increased. But once Singapore opened up you see how people then flock to the physical store and the online sales actually drop.
