The Neuro Concept Nutrition Exercise Stress
Exercise is an important aspect for the very simple reason we're discovering today that really quite bafflingly simple things like exposure to outdoor nature or listening to nature sounds or having social bonds or moving all of these seem to reduce stress levels. Moderate exercise has been shown to increase levels of BDNF increase neurogenesis in animal studies in human studies there's a great study that I quote which shows that actually exercising too intensely increases levels of inflammation in the body. The more you do it the more connections you build the more synaptic plasticity you get but hopefully we'll get more data on that.
