Introduction

Masjumwapiluchi: I think a lot of us in the Skeptic movement have had. experiences with people who don't know about our movement, and they interpret it as cynic or believing that there's no possibility of knowing anything for sure. And so we wanted to talk today about this sort of classical Skepticism and what it is,. What the arguments are for and against it; and also the degree to which it is actually underlying modern day scientific Skepticism. Rationally speaking is a presentation of New York City Skeptics dedicated to promoting critical thinking, skeptical inquiry and science education.
