Do Drones Work Under Water?

There was a russian warship that got blown up in one of the ucranian ports. I don't understand why there's no such thing as remote controlled drone torpedoes, or are they? We're giving them neptune missiles ashore to ship rit somebody do a google and tell me what distance a neptune missile fired from the shore a can reach. Germans have a torpedo with 50 kilometer range. So he says, a, scott, please change the subject nowo, because the reason i talk about this stuff is for prediction purposes. It's got to be a volume that they've got to sell, not not individual anecdotes.
