How to Take a Long Term Perspective on Your Career
When building up career capital it's really about forcing you to take this like long term perspective on your career. One of the things that I was concerned or worried about is that my own preferences for what I think is the most impactful or the most important might change depending on the environment that you're in. It's just very possible that being a specialist in a particular area is really valuable and to become a specialist ina particular area you may be just you're going to get a little gains by starting earlier. Instead of thinking so much from the perspective of like what should I be doing with just my particular career if you are able to sort of take a portfolio kind of view and consider yourself
