The Future of C++20

It's a C++20 library, primarily because it makes heavy use of concepts. So we use this quite a lot of the concepts from what was the Ranges TS became C ++20. The idea basically is that I want people to be able to use two, three years from now when the early adopters are going to hammer out all of the bugs and things like that.
