It's like the idea of a fractonquasa, particles with fractional charge and statistics which came out of the fractional onof. And what advice would you give to a keen foundational physicist? A. i'd encourage her not to stick with the sort of clean, well defined, microscopic systems that have been the bread and butter of quantm information for most of the past 25 years.
