The Possibility of a Coalition in Schleswig-Holtzstein

There is this coalition in place in Schleswig-Holtzstein, I think after the elections. He doesn't want the foreign ministry, he wants a finance ministry. But that might make it very difficult, not least given who the present finance ministry is. The most important factor determining German political choice-making traditionally was religion. That goes way back to the period of the old German Empire or 19th century.
