The Importance of Peer-to-Peer Assessment

I'm a big advocate of this peer-to-peer stuff and sort of taught other sort of people involved in education around that sort of theory but also something that works that we all do naturally is peer assessment. I don't mind criticism it helps me improve you know yeah have a bit some other bit of a laugh and that but that never bothers me.
