Covid definitely didn't did a number on the whole idea of like quiet quitting. Almost all churches found themselves post-pandemic once reopening that their in-person attendance was less than it was pre-p and volunteer base for whatever reason was less. If you've got somebody who is not robustly attending online i'm not talking about that i'm talking about they're not in your orbit.
