Halford McKinder sees Eastern Europe as the Teutonic race and the Slavonic race, which of course is the inferior. And then in Western Europe, there's the Romance race and theTeutonic race. So it's a window into a worldview that really- I got a question. If the Slavonic people are inferior, aren't the Teutons going to dominate them naturally, racially speaking?
