A Brazilian Company That Goes Fully Transparent
A Brazilian company called semco went fully transparent. Everybody in their organization, including the cleaning woman or man, knew could look into the books but was actually trained to read them as well. They didn't need to ask for a corporate credicarte and they were completely free to spend whatever they wanted. It's like heading lill of value for us as a species that those things ae open. Of course, many organizations have things that, you know, they don't like to befoll in thepublic and may be rightfully sold. So there are things there where we actually maybe have a right to have properly insight into what's going on there.
