I think it's different for everyone and I totally agree with you that fake it till you make it has never resonated with me. The power posing which actually is scientifically proven to work for some people. Meditation works for some people but figuring out what works for you. So thinking back to what was the last time that you were in a really scary situation and how did you overcome it? Was it reading self help books? Was it just giving yourself time? And I think a lot of people think that confidence come with accomplishments. You're not going to necessarily feel that until you sort of get your feet wet.You've done some things and and the confidence will come with that.
