The scandal here is that the ultra wealthy can completely sidestep the tax system and live full and rich lives without really paying substantial amounts of income tax. So when amazon stock goes up or tesslas stock goes up, it makes jeff bazo's much, much wealthier,. But they haven't sold anything, and so they haven't taken income. What's happening here is the lawful exploitation of gap in legislation. It's called avoidance momont’s breaking any laws here? Are they? This is perfectly ilegal. And this is the system we have.
