The Delay in the Start of the Race

The race was delayed by an hour and a half because of the rain. There was also a power outage on the grid as well, which contributed to the delayed start. The only way they could start the race was to run it behind the safety car. A lot of people are thinking, well, they know, they've bottled it. What's going on? But ye literally, they could not start it in the normal fashion.
