How Can Research Institutions Decolonize the Computational Sciences?

You've written about the need to decolonize the computational sciences, including machine learning. How academia and other research institutions can get harm against women of color through patterns of exclusion or tokenization. You have to be twice as good to succeed in computer science because your work is judged by a much higher standard. There's also a tendency to kind of push, push these interactions somewhat, you know, racist and white supremacists on top of something that's outside the merit of science.
