Is There a Trigger in Your Life?

When you think about the typical buying journey, oftentimes there's a trigger that moves from. I am totally disinterested to kind of like being in the passive looking stage where they're like noticing things. And then there's usually some type of catalyst that will push them into actively looking for a solution. We knew that the people who were following us for the most part, whether they were on the email list or whether they were following me on social, they were in that buying journey but we needed to activate them and start getting them ready to think about consuming.
