If you can get good at the telephone right, if you can really get get yourself comfortable with selling on the phone, you will put so much distance between yourself and the 95 % of salespeople who don't do well on the telephone. You'll get so far ahead of them that they'll never be able to make up that distance. That's how important the telephone is right now. So i wrote this book, virtual selling. It's blending the phone with vidia within person, with direct messaging, with text messaging. And it's meeting the buyer where they are.
