Calcium Containing Stones?

The majority of stones are calcium containing stones, and one of the things that we tend to promote in our patients is an adequate calcium intake. Three servings of low fat dairy at the time of meals will allow the calcium in the dairy to bind with other oxlade and other foods,. It will actually reduce the risk of stone formation by reducing those values. Knowing that dairy in the united states is fortified with vitam and d, that is a way to get an adequate amount of vitam an d for bone health and immune system health.
