What's the Big Cultural Difference?
There's a lack of respect for senior individuals who had come down to meet that company. That essentially was the big cultural difference, vastly different. And we didn't see a way to bring ons two togetherSecond, then that's what i want to get itto, is where you look at deals. I'm curious if there's things or areas where we may look past certain things, where we see it as being different.
