If you look at christine as a 400 meter runner she'll do probably near enough 2000 meters worth of high quality speed work per session three times a week. The dosage to really get good running mechanics and to really condition the tissues to that kind of load is very very high but they're horses for courses that's specific right. If we then flip that to football and we say right well okay you know or even rugby and we say well maybe they're doing 1000 meters worth of High Quality Speed Work per session or per match again it's a very very disproportionate amount of load.
