We use a very basic set of equipment. Actually, we don't even equipment is not even that necessary. You need a place where you can put either wood or charcoal. We cook whole cabbages on the grill, and they are delicious. I had never ised something could have so much flavor with so little intervention. In fact, you you grill tomatoes quite a lot for salads and things. That's not something that a we think about doing here. And this is kind of almost like a vegetable side, but also a salad. Well, you're also growing peaches, you're growing watermelon.
