I think that the war on drugs was was races. I don't think it's the same now a people starting to see that the drug adiction can affect any and everybody. We have to do a better job teaching people about their self worth. You can't escape poverty. Ah, given that you only have you can barely read and write, that's not going to work. You can get a job ah lifting things, or he canget a job. But thats what i's coming down to. Is it working? Is it racest is it wrecking our inner cities? What's your view?
