Introduction
In July 18 36, joseph smith, ira smith, oliver caldery and sidney rigdon travelled to salem, massachusetts. They arrived on the fifth of august and rented a house on union street for the next three weeks. The revelation in section one 11 might have been received there, but there is no contemporary evidence that tells us why they were there. We will be discussing each week's block of reading from the church of jesus christ of latterday saints.
