The Aneogram Approach to Psychotherapy
i learned the eneagram about six years before i went back to school to study psychology in graduate school and become a psychotherapist. And what was always amazing to me, as i went through and learned psychology in school, was how these different psychological theories of how we can approach growth as humans all fit into the aniogram model. When you're doing inner worka question you might ask yourself is, what's the right approach for me at this point in my path? I should maybe do some sematic work that's more focused on releasing what i might be holding in my body? Do i need to look at early childhood wounding? M do i need to really work through that
