Environmental Impact Statement

Lacanita: I remember reading that this was supposed to be like a environmentally friendly train or something. But the fact that these will be trains that are full of fossil fuels and their being called environmentally friendlysista, you know, very, very interesting to me. The government did this real slap dash environmental study in less than two months to say that the environmental impacts are significant, but remedial, oh no. Or no.
