The Impact of Nimby on Amsterdam
Nimby is often used as a way to try to marginalize the critics who say, Oh, you're just locally concerned. And it's also really showed that this small pot of land on the outskirts of the city affected everyone. The whole idea of Nimby is kind of an artifact of capitalist thinking, because we're all interconnected and this kind of land is important.
