I would say kind of the, I think it's a way that people immediately can think of in your system if you're not using any type of messaging. Just look at something simple that you know can be asynchronous like an email. Where can I offload some of this work? Where can I run this asynchronously? So that's kind of the immediate place you can look at your system.
