Is the Commerce Clause a Right to Abortion?
There are going to be questions that emerge, ranging from things like the implications of the commerce clause for people travelling into state who want to have this. There's going to be cases brought by progressive lawyers, pro choice people, et cetera which will effectively try to establish what they regard as a right to this procedure throughout the country. And whether it actually happens, i think, is extremely questionable now. A justice cavanagh has very clearly signalled that, no, the court is not going to hold that. At least for now, with this current construction, the court isn't going to holding that.
