Artemis Is Not a Mother Goddess
Timothy Stanley: Steve Bos painted a better background here where we can't kind of pinpoint what's going on in Paul's letter to set a pin it on some historical situation is this. Stanley: I think that where he and I differ is on the ramifications. We agree that Artemis is not a mother goddess. And if you see a statue of Artemis of Ephesus, it's going to look like she's covered with breasts.
