The Losses and Concerns of Women's Rights
The decision in dogs versus Jackson women's health overturning 50 years of precedent with Roe v. Wade was a shock to even those of us who are tend to be cynical. We have now 13 states that ban all of virtually all abortions, and only 17 states and the District of Columbia that actually support a broad abortion rights. The Biden administration has pursued the same politics or policies of the Trump administration with regard to the equal rights amendment.
