Group holidays need to be communicated in advance with strong and stable leadership, says Gosling. If one person is working, other people on the holiday might feel bad for not working or guilty of being productive. I love to go in o silent meditation retreat that's 12 days long, with completey, complete un plugging. And i think having breakfast together in the morning, and then everyone working on their own stuff up until sort of late afternoon evening,. Imagine if that was just life generally. That would be so good. A jus about getting get a balance.
