Building a Process
Barry Berry says he loves process. Process is normally a bad word in silican valley, but to him it means the ideation and pivots that allow a company or idea to come into the world. He describes his favourite part of the learning curve as 'the period from here when it is either a mess or it's brand new to hear' In an interview with iReporters Barry talks about launching netflix on T-V back in the mid eighties.
