How Do You Manage to Keep Up With All the Communication?
I only allow myself to get notifications from directly my team or the projects that I'm involved in. So for slack, most companies have like hundreds of channels. Depending on how active your company is a lot of people will get notifications all day long. But this has definitely worked for me. It's a lot less stressful than responding like after every single message. And I just do it at the start at the end of my day.
