How do you deal with a board of directors, which is what nicoll and her siblings are de facto would be? You've got a board who are all going to be weighing in with different opinions about how much money should be spent. What happens if one sibling disagrees with some of the decisions that they 're making? Maybe they think that they are over spending on renovations or maybe they shouldn't raise rent so high it triggers tenant turnover. Those are all management questions, sure.
