Vender Advice - Understand a Vender Is Not Your Employee

You can't manage your vender the same way you could manage an employee. If it's a client facing platform, that is a whole other bucket of things one must be cogs of and really communicate around. Be kind to your venders and contractors. There are different ways and with different ways of being people have in the world and in their businesses. You're making sure there is some values alignment between you and your fender.
