How Do You Reach Out to Underrepresented Groups?
I want everyone to feel at home in it really does feel like a home. And that means everyone, including under represented groups. So the first step is treating everyone the same. Everyone need to be treated warmly and with welcome. To reach out to under represented groups, i find it's often good to have what i'll say is like a lieutenant. We've done a really terrific job lately of getting parody at the conference between man and woman. That's an important part about both the conference and the meet up. we never let price be a factor in people attending,. whether it's the five dollar missions to the meet up or the conference fee.
