The Problem With Online Content Creation
When I started this podcast, I found that it brought me much more joy than the other platforms. It boils down to not being able to see the comments screaming in your face and not having a short-term measure of success or failure. On YouTube, you spend a week editing a video and your heart is in it and you post it but there's this horrible thing on YouTube that says, this video is 10 out of 10 as in it's literally performing the least successfully out of the last 10 videos that you posted. So even if you're not comparing yourself to other people, you are comparing yourself to yourself and this is the platform's kind of numerically training the producers, the content
